Santander Airport Information
Santander Airport is situated in the municipality of Camargo, just 5 kilometres from the capital.
The airport has been extended and reformed in recent years. It offers a new wireless internet service with access points in different areas: the auto rentals lobby, restaurant area, boarding lounge and air-bridge module. Passengers with laptops or PDAs equipped with Wi-Fi technology will now have wireless access to the internet provided by Teléfónica de España.
Santander Airport's main air traffic is made up mostly of scheduled domestic and international flights. In 2010 the airport handled 918,470 passengers with 16,667 flight operations.
