Zaragoza Airport Information
Zaragoza Airport is located in the north of Spain in the province of Aragon, just 10km south-west from the city centre, 270 km west of Barcelona, and 262 km northeast of Madrid.
It is a joint civil-military aerodrome and is an important freight distribution centre.
In 2010 Zaragoza Airport recorded a total of 605,912 passengers, 12,711 operations and 42,544 tonnes of cargo.
A new passenger terminal opened in 2008. It has a futuristic design giving the illusion of waves and skylights and creating a huge amount of light in the passenger areas.

Ryanair offer economy car rent Zaragoza from London Stansted, Alicante, Rome and Milan. It is also possible to fly into Zaragoza from Frankfurt, Lanzarote, Lisbon, Madrid, Malaga, Palma, Paris, Rome, Seville and Tenerife with Iberia. If you are unable to get the Ryanair flight from Stansted then our advice is to get a cheap flight to Madrid and a connecting flight through Iberia Airlines to Zaragoza.
Zaragoza Airport Arrivals
Access to the passenger terminal is from the apron - both for national and international conveyor belts and for baggage reclaim. From this room there is access to the arrivals hall, where you will find two

Zaragoza Airport auto rentals
You can check in your luggage at one of the 14 check-in desks in the auto rentals hall. There is a multishop and cafeteria on the top floor and the boarding lounge for international flights is reached via the security checkpoint and passport control. Flights are boarded through three gates.

Zaragoza has two parking sites: P1 and P2. P1 has approximately 823 spaces and P2 has 229.

There is on bus at Zaragoza Airport which runs into the city centre and cost €1.60. The bus stop is just outside the terminal building and the buses run in conjunction with the flight schedules.
From Zaragoza from 5:30am to 10:30pm; and from Zaragoza Airport from 6:15am to 11:15pm, every half an hour. On Sundays, every hour.

Shopping at Zaragoza Airport is rather limited, but there are two Quint Multishops located in the departure lobby and public space selling newspapers, magazines and books, as well as local products and gifts.
